Dear friends of Pathanamthitta.....India posts states that IMO ia a valuable service by the department. An Instant MO sent from our office to Konni SO under PTA Dn.When the payee approached the office,SPM said that office is running with 2 ppl instead of 6 and taking IMO may take 2 to 4 hrs.no is there to take IMO.Then the payee approached Pathanamthitta HO which is 10 km away.The officials of Pathanamthitta also said that tking IMO will take 2 to 4 hours and no body there to spare that time.the rowed the customer like a duck fro the office.Usually sending and paying IMO will take 2 to 5 minutes in our offices.I am afraid why Pathanamthitta need 2 to 4 hrs.?Is the technology is that much poor in Pathanamthitta DN?
ReplyDeleteWHAT THE PAYEE IS SUPPOSED TO DO?HIS MONEY IS LOCKED IN DOP AS IMOHE APPROACHED TO POS INCLUDING ONE HPO.BUT OFFICIALS ARE NOT READY TO GIVE HIS AMOUNT.HE IS IN EMERGENCY.

Najiya mam plz stop blaming the whole dvn for a matter related to a particular office...stop pointing towards other offices in the dvn..n d office which u mentioned to collect cash ie. PATHANAPURAM is also in our PTA dvn...am nt favouring the Konny postal officials who had responded to the public in such a manner..ie indeed not acceptable also..v had exprncd more pathetic condtns than this number of times after boking IMOs nd i knw wat it takes u 2 cmmnt on dis..but on the othr hand the customer u had mentioned may have went to Pathanamthitta HO but he hadn't asked to any of the officials there and that was a wrong informtn given to u...The comments abt 3-4 hrs for effecting an imo payment u mentioned wud have been rcvd only from konny S.O not from an HO where there is 2 machines are registered for IMO.Juz dont exaggerate the issue by blaming the HO officials in no way they cud tell this.Yes the customer may have rcvd the same commnt from Konny SPM,that i agree but not from PTA HO. I also talked abt this to Pathanamthitta HO officials and the reply i got was nothing of this sort has happened and they are sending and recvng imo in a fine manner....And the other thing is that technically PTA dvn is going very fine and the pbm happened had nothing to do wit the technology there...it nly tells abt the attitude of in charge of that office only..hop u undrstnd..Juz stop makin statement 2wrds the whole PTA dvn for this issue...
